Since 2015, our practice have been focused primarily on research and legal scholarship. Currently, we conduct patent landscape studies and research on foundational aspects of patent protection of emerging technologies areas including AI/ML, quantum technologies, DSP, biotech (gene-related patents), precision medicine inventions, and drug repurposing. Our results are disseminated as scholarly articles in legal journals (IIC, JIPLP, JLB) and Featured Patent Articles in Nature Biotechnology.
